startFIT Bootcamp 2 sessions a week

startFIT Bootcamp sessions are now available twice a week. Sat 10.35am at Whitlingham Park / Mon 7.35pm at Earlham Park. These are more static based with less running aimed at helping those new to fitness or who want to concentrate on more static based exercise. Still great and with that military edge!
