During the hotter summer months it is important to keep hydrated and modify your exercise routines to match the conditions when outside. Listen to your body it will tell you when you need some water. If like me I often find it’s the first few hours after exercise that I find I need the most fluids. Train in shade where you can and cut down your fitness session times to prevent getting over heated too much. During summer fitness sessions at Military Bootcamp Fitness in Norwich we tend to have two water breaks instead of one. Just enough sips of water to keep hydrated for the session.
