We currently run three sessions per week:
Saturday Morning 9.30am – 10.30am
Wednesday Evening 6.30pm – 7.30pm
Monday Evening 6.45pm – 7.45pm.

Earlham Park………. this riverside park is next to the University of East Anglia. It has wide open spaces, woods and walking paths beside the River Yare. The park also connects with numerous nature reserves, making it a beautiful location for challenging MBF sessions.
Whitlingham Country Park………. spread over 35 hectares, this stunning park offers tranquility and beauty for MBF sessions. On a Saturday morning many members stop for a chat and a coffee at the Whitlingham Park Cafe to relax after a rewarding session.
At MBF we pride ourselves in providing variety each time you attend. The great thing about our bootcamps is that you won’t get bored and, before you even realise it, the session is finished – leaving you feeling energised having experienced a full body workout. As a bonus you will make new friends and experience social exercise at its best and all in the great outdoors.
